For ALL warranty issues, repairs and spare parts, please call or email on the details below and we will get back to you the same business day. Weekends maybe longer within 48 Hrs.
Repairs and Spare parts
For all repairs and spare parts, you will need to fill in the Repairs Form below to book in your service request. This request will be sent to our team and they will follow up with any further information required. Please complete all areas of the form with as much information as possible. Please make your photos and videos as clear as possible.
This form MUST be submitted for ALL potential warranty issues, repairs and parts
If you are requiring replacement parts, please upload a video or photo of any damage or the part you’re looking to replace.
If you are experiencing battery issues, upload a photo of your battery serial number and the report from a “load” test as conducted by a professional.
If your scooter is not running, or has error codes on you LCD screen, send a photo of your LCD screen when it is turned on.
If any other parts are the issue, send a photo or video.
Please note: Your Repair Form will not submit if you have not uploaded the documentation required.
