Over many years, Lifestyle Mobility has been very successful by adopting a simple motto – helping people get their mobility scooter back on the road with as minimal fuss as possible.

If you went ahead through Lifestyle Mobility, we aim to help you out every step of the way.

Once the order is processed, you would receive a call from the customer service manager outlining the delivery process.

Once the scooter has left our warehouse, you will be given a tracking number so that you can monitor where your scooter is on its way to your residence.

Once the scooter arrives, if required you will have someone available to help unbox the scooter and take away any rubbish. This is a free service that we offer which nicely complements our free delivery.

If you decided on an Invacare mobility scooter for instance, you automatically receive 24/7 roadside assist for the first 14 months which is also free. 

If you were to have any problem with the scooter, we would send out a technician at our own cost to look at your scooter. This would either be one of our dozens of sub-contractors, or a technician from Invacare Australia. As 9 out of 10 call-outs are related to batteries or tyres, our technician will be able to fix the problem on the spot over 90% of the time. 

Unlike our competitors, we have spent the past five years building up a substantial network of after sales technicians and sub-contractors all over Australia, especially up the Eastern Seaboard. This allows us the flexibility and gives you peace of mind that you will be looked after long after the sale is complete. 

If the problem is more serious, our technicians are trained to fit parts like transaxles and motors on the road. Unlike motor vehicles, mobility scooter parts are relatively light. The only delay you would experience is if we had to send a part to the technician, which is rare. Even then, express courier wouldn’t take more than 48 hours for any part. In the last 5 years, we haven’t had a single customer wait more than two weeks to have their scooter fixed. 

In regards to servicing, one of our technicians will call to book in the service. The service is completed at your home. Charge for the service is generally $65. Manufacturers recommend that scooters are serviced once a year. 

Unlike other mobility businesses, we only focus on mobility scooters. We don’t focus on beds or chairs or bathroom aids – just scooters. 

Finally, our staff are friendly and helpful. We will always aim to go over and above to ensure our customers are looked after.
